    In general the experience was good but this visit was not perfect. First, no video was sent after the 27 point inspection was done per the paper work. Second, I came in with a specific issue to be resolved: a reoccurring message on the dash that the rear park sensor had to be cleaned. Tech could not find any error codes and consequently stopped diagnosing the issue. The vehicle was released back to me with the same issue I came in with. The lack of effort to diagnose and solve the problem is disappointing. Do I now have experience the inconvenience to taking my car to another dealer to get this resolved? If they resolve it, why would I go back to Advantage Chevrolet?
