I just bought a 2012 Chevy Equinox and could not have had a better experience. From the moment I walked in the door I was shocked how seamless the process was. I normally would dread buying a car, but the good folks at Advantage Chevrolet changed my opinion completely. Special thank you to Oscar Padilla, Mark Brown, Mark Ott and Jason Roberts. I would highly recommend you go in to see one of those truly professional people who helped make the car buying experience enjoyable!

I recently purchased a car from Advantage. It was a great experience as a first time buyer. Lonnie was the salesman and was very understanding and fair when it came to deciding on a price. I had been to many dealerships but Advantage was the most fair. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a good new or used vehicle.

Since my first visit to Advantage Chevrolet, I felt very welcomed. The Salesman Chris Krajniak was the nicest and friendliest salesman I ever worked with to get a car. Every dealer I went to before, I had a bad experience with. I knew since I met Chris that I would want to buy my first car from him, and I did. He was VERY patient with me (since I had went to the dealer about 3 times before I eventually bought my car). Even after I bought my car he has still called me to follow up with me on how the car is running and just to make sure everything is going good. I would definitely recommend Chris to anyone that wants to purchase a car. Even his desk buddy (sorry forgot his name) was extremely nice and made us feel very welcomed. Chris even came in on his day off for me. I appreciate great customer service like the one I received from Chris and his co-worker at Advantage Chevrolet.

I just bought my first car here a few months ago and I couldn't be happier. Since the moment I walked in the door I had great service. My salesman was very knowledgable and straight forward during my purchase. He has even followed up with me multiple times to make sure everything is fine with the car. When it came down to money, the entire staff worked their hardest to get me the best deal for my car. I knew when I drove off the lot I had the best car for the best price. All I can say is, they have a customer for life now after the way they treated me. Thank you Advantage Cherolet.

This is our second time purchasing our vehicles from Advantage Chevrolet. They have great Sale Professionals and great Customer Service. Our Sale Professional was Brain Lonie and he was AWESOME!!! From the start he was honest and very forward. Brian takes it to the next level to help and do everything that he can in his power. I recently purchased a 2011 Corvette from Advantage Chevrolet in Hodgkins. The dealership is close to both my home and business. I found the sales person, Steve Yaeger, to be informed, friendly and helpful, especially, when it came to working on the details of the car purchase. I also had a trade in and figured this is where the process would get dicey. To my surprise, the used auto appraiser, Ned, was quick and fair about the offer he made me for my car. It was more than $500 more than CarMax offered. I was in and out of the dealership within 2 hours and would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a new Chevrolet.

I had such a great experience at Advantage Chevrolet in Hodgkins. I bought an Equinox three weeks ago and, hands down, it was the best car buying experience I have had! My salesman, Javier Estrada, was excellent! He called me a few days after buying it and asked how I was enjoying the car, and if I had any questions. Great customer service and follow-up. I really thought that was nice of him. I will definitely refer anyone I know who is looking to buy a Chevy to Javier and to Advantage Chevrolet Liked: Service, Value, Selection

Yeah, that's right 5 stars for as good as it gets. However, my sales man Javier Estrada definitely gets 10 STARS!! He is by far the BEST business man I've ever met. He dealt very well with my Hitler of a dad, answered all my questions, and ALWAYS returned all my calls. He didn't just sell me a car and say goodbye. It's been 3 months since I purchased my car and every often I still call him and he speaks to me as if I'm a brand new customer with questions, more importantly, he still gives me his time. THANK YOU JAVIER ESTRADA :)

My husband & I purchased a new Chevy Traverse from Advantage Chevrolet & were treated in a courteous manner. Mark Ott (sales manager/customer service) made sure that we were completely satisfied & that all our needs were met. Steve Nunez, our sales consultant was excellent. He was very knowledgable, answering all our questions. Dennis Reilly (finance) was friendly & professional. My Review of Advantage Chevrolet of Hodgkins: I have to say that I have purchased many vehicles in my time. For the most part, buying a car is not a pleasent experience, to say the least. I purchased a used vehicle at Advantage Chevrolet from the eBay Manager, Steve Miller. Sight unseen, I left a deposit and drove a very long way to take it for a test drive. I was not expecting the vehicle to be as Steve had described it. I thought that I would find something wrong with it and return without the car. After all, I went to three other dealerships, only to be very dissappointed! I ended up buying the car and driving it home. All my friends and family told me I was nuts, buying a car I had not even seen. Who is laughing now!
The old way of selling cars is gone and Advantage Chevrolet is what car buying should be all about everywhere! Professional, genuine and honest. If you want a deal, call Steve Miller at Advantage Chevrolet! I will look to Advantage Chevrolet before buying anywhere else. I am a customer for life! .

I went in not knowing whether or not they could get me approved and how i would i be treated because my credit rating had dropped...not only did they try and help me they called the bank in front of me and asked them to finance me at a better rate so that i could get the car in my budget. i got the car i wanted at a price i could afford.

Went in Saturday and the show room looked like I was at the autoshow.... So many people there I didnt think they were going to take the time to sell me a car but I was very wrong!!! Their customer service was exceptional!!! I had to wait a while but I walked away from Advantage Chevrolet with more of what I expected. They took my 2001 Honda Civic as a trade for a very fair price and I got approved for a 2010 Equinox and I love it... From the sales people to finance I give Advantage Chevrolet 5 stars. I recommend this place. Great place to buy a car... It really makes a difference and a good experience to buy a car.
